As a Senior Abogado Laboralista, you will be responsible for providing expert legal advice and representation to our clients in all aspects of labor and employment law. Your main duties will include advising on labor contracts, collective bargaining agreements, dismissals, and other labor-related matters. You will also be responsible for representing our clients in labor disputes and providing strategic guidance on labor and employment issues. The ideal candidate for this position will have a minimum of 8 years of experience practicing labor law in Spain, with a strong knowledge of the Spanish labor code and regulations. You must also have a Bachelor's degree in Law and be a member of the Spanish Bar Association. In addition, we are looking for a candidate with excellent communication and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to work independently and manage a high-volume workload. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of other languages is a plus.
